Unilife's key commercial and operational activities are coordinated from its global headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in York, Pennsylvania. The 165,000 square foot facility was been designed by leading U.S. architects to meet the stringent international standards for the production, quality assurance and supply of advanced drug delivery systems. Completed in late-2010, the facility can accommodate Unilife’s projected demand from pharmaceutical and healthcare companies for the Unifill ready-to-fill syringe and other proprietary devices. Stage one of the new facility is designed to accommodate the production of up to 400 million Unilife devices per year. It has also been designed to allow for an additional 100,000 square feet of contiguous production space to be readily constructed at a later date.

Industrial infrastructure within the York facility includes more than 20,000 square foot of Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms, a product development center, microbiology lab, quality inspection and control rooms and a fully segmented warehouse. Other sections of the state-of-the-art facility includes a 54,000 square foot office section that functions as Unilife's global headquarters and supports administrative, marketing, new product development, quality laboratories and other operational functions.

Radnor, PA

Unilife opened an Innovation Center in Radnor, a key pharmaceutical hub of Philadelphia, in 2011. The Unilife Innovation Center is seamlessly integrated into the functions of Unilife's corporate headquarters in York, PA. The Center houses members of Unilife cross functional product development teams and enhances liaison with East-Coat pharmaceutical customers and other industry partners.
